Step-by-step guide: 1. Adjustment: Secure the belt to the appropriate groove (usually V or O-shaped) beneath the aluminum clamp (referred to as the washer and nut). Procedure: Remove the washers on either side of the nut and the nut itself (if the belt fits directly into the groove, skipping this step is possible), place the belt in the groove, and reattach the washers and nut on top.
The heating process involves activating the thermostat heater to maintain a consistent temperature (ideally between 160-180 degrees) for the belt connection. The fixed belt is then heated, ensuring there are no air bubbles present to avoid any impact on the connection. Subsequently, the belts are joined and the manual pliers nut is tightened under the clamp to secure the belt butt joint.
Reprocessing: The belt is joined together, then cooled down completely, removed, scraped, and flattened. Advice: When handling the small-diameter PU round belt, place it in the upper slot, align the two joints of the round belt, and connect it with a larger diameter round belt or the red polyurethane triangle belt. Place it inside the groove below!
