Combining both direct thermal and thermal transfer technologies, the G500 provides flexibility for producing temporary labels as well as long-lasting, durable labels suitable for demanding environments.
Featuring a 203 dpi print resolution and print speeds up to 5 inches per second, the G500 delivers professional-quality labels, tags, barcodes, shipping labels, and product identification labels. Its 4.25-inch print width supports standard shipping and warehouse label formats while maintaining excellent print clarity.
Designed for productivity, the G500 accommodates 300-meter thermal transfer ribbons, enabling users to print thousands of labels between ribbon changes. This large-capacity ribbon system minimizes downtime and makes the printer especially well-suited for light manufacturing and high-volume labeling operations.
The printer supports a wide range of media types, including continuous labels, gap labels, black mark labels, punched labels, and fanfold media. Drop-in media loading simplifies setup and replacement, while automatic label-length detection improves efficiency and accuracy.
