The GoDEX ZX400i+ Series is a compact industrial barcode printer designed to deliver reliable, high-performance label printing for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, shipping, and inventory management applications. Combining a rugged die-cast frame with advanced connectivity and versatile media handling, the ZX400i+ Series is built for demanding industrial environments.
Supporting both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing technologies, the ZX400i+ allows businesses to produce everything from temporary shipping labels to durable long-term product identification labels. The series is available in two models:
- ZX420i+ – 203 dpi resolution, up to 6 ips print speed
- ZX430i+ – 300 dpi resolution, up to 4 ips print speed
This flexibility enables users to select the optimal printer based on speed and print-quality requirements.
Built around a powerful 32-bit RISC processor, the printer features 128 MB Flash memory and 128 MB SDRAM for efficient label processing. The integrated color display and push-button navigation simplify setup, configuration, and daily operation.
The ZX400i+ supports continuous labels, gap labels, black-mark labels, and punched-hole media with automatic sensing capabilities. It accommodates media rolls up to 8 inches in diameter, helping reduce downtime caused by frequent label changes.
Connectivity includes USB 2.0, RS-232 serial, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, and USB Host ports, allowing seamless integration with shipping software, ERP systems, warehouse management platforms, and industrial automation environments. Optional wireless networking provides additional deployment flexibility.
The printer supports an extensive range of 1D and 2D barcode formats, including Code 128, UPC, EAN, QR Code, DataMatrix, PDF417, MaxiCode, Aztec, GS1 DataBar, and many others, making it suitable for virtually any industrial labeling application.
