The PX940 supports both Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer printing technologies, providing the flexibility to produce temporary shipping labels, inventory tags, compliance labels, product identification labels, and durable long-term asset-tracking labels.

Available in 203 dpi and 300 dpi models, the PX940 offers print speeds up to 14 inches per second, making it ideal for high-volume industrial labeling applications. The printer supports media widths from 0.79 to 4.5 inches and accommodates large media rolls up to 8.375 inches in diameter, reducing downtime caused by frequent media changes.

Built around a powerful industrial platform with 256 MB Flash memory and 1 GB RAM, the PX940 delivers fast label processing and dependable performance.
