The Rice Lake 920i FlexWeigh Systems Bulkweighers and Flip-Flop Fillers are factory-programmed, turnkey weighing and process control systems designed for high-capacity bulk material handling, shipping, receiving, and automated filling operations. Built around the powerful Rice Lake 920i programmable weight indicator, these systems provide accurate, repeatable control for industrial weighing applications while reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity.

Designed as a manufacturer-approved replacement for FlexWeigh DWM-IV systems, the FlexWeigh Bulkweigher series is housed in a rugged stainless-steel wall-mount enclosure and includes advanced controls for fill and discharge sequencing, weight accumulation, hopper monitoring, and audit trail reporting.
