The Rice Lake 920i FlexWeigh Filler/Batcher Systems are pre-engineered, factory-programmed process control solutions designed to automate filling, dispensing, and batching operations in manufacturing, processing, agricultural, food, chemical, and material handling applications.

Built around the powerful Rice Lake 920i programmable weight indicator, these turnkey systems combine advanced weighing technology with a rugged FlexWeigh control panel to deliver reliable, repeatable, and accurate process automation. Each system is fully tested and programmed at the factory, reducing engineering time and simplifying installation.

The 920i FlexWeigh Filler/Batcher series is housed in a durable stainless steel wall-mount enclosure and includes front-panel controls for Start, Reset/Resume, and Emergency Stop functions. Operators can easily manage production using programmable softkeys for presets, formulas, customer numbers, product IDs, and production totals.

Designed as a manufacturer-approved replacement for legacy FlexWeigh DWM-IV systems, these controllers provide industrial-strength performance with digital I/O capability, relay rack outputs, SSR relay outputs, audit trail reporting, and accumulation registers for production tracking.
