The Rice Lake CW-90X Over/Under Washdown Checkweigher is designed for demanding weighing environments where frequent washdown, moisture and contaminants are a concern. Featuring a durable 304 stainless steel construction, IP69K-rated indicator and hermetically sealed stainless steel load cell, the CW-90X provides reliable over/under checkweighing performance for food processing, manufacturing and other HACCP environments.
Its rigid piezo keypad is designed to withstand sharp contacts and exposure to liquids, while front-accessible controls allow operators to configure the checkweigher without opening the indicator and exposing internal components to moisture. The system can store up to 50 product IDs and provides high-intensity LED weighing display, configurable printing and multiple communication options.
