The Rice Lake iQUBE³ Digital Diagnostic Junction Box is an advanced weighing system management solution engineered for use with the 1280 Enterprise™ Series indicator. Designed for industrial weighing applications, the iQUBE³ provides powerful diagnostics, intelligent load cell monitoring, and scalable networking capabilities for complex weighing systems.

Each iQUBE³ CPU board includes four A/D channels and can network with up to five additional four-channel boards, supporting up to 24 total A/D channels. This architecture allows users to manage multiple scales simultaneously while maintaining precise system monitoring and performance.

Built-in diagnostic routines continuously evaluate system health and identify common weighing issues including overload, underload, drift, noise, zero reference errors, and unbalanced load conditions. Integrated bi-color LEDs provide instant visual feedback on load cell status, while the load cell emulator helps maintain operation if a load cell fails.

Rice Lake's Cal-Match® technology simplifies scale setup by automatically trimming and calibrating the system in a single pass using test weights, reducing installation time and improving accuracy.
