The 221DB features two support beams with friction-free pivot supports and load cells mounted to the conveyor side supports. The weighing idler mounts on top of the frame arms, providing a practical configuration for continuous material weighing and monitoring.
Available with 50 kg, 100 kg, or 200 kg RL9018SS load cells, the 221DB supports conveyor widths from 18 to 72 inches and material capacities up to 3,300 tons per hour. Galvanized and stainless-steel construction options are also available for different operating environments.
